We want you to make sure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition, however mailing chocolate in hot weather comes with risk. If for whatever reason you get a package with melted chocolate, send us a picture of the melt to email@example.com within 24 hours of arrival. We will either refund your money, or replace your chocolate (depending on stock).
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. Chocolates are not refundable, however if you are unhappy for any reason, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (857) 321-2210 and we'll do what we can to make it right.
